It is JD Kustom’s priority to make sure that the customer feels 100% confident and satisfied when booking in his/her instrument and leaving it in the capable hands of a professional repair department. 
On valve amps we start with a full service followed by a comprehensive valve test, should the valves need to be replaced, we do a full replacement and valve biasing on the power valves.
We are also able to repair transistor based amplifiers, rewiring and re-winding transformers for powered amplifiers can also be done. We also offer grill cloth and handle replacement on all amplifiers. All amplifiers are QC’d and Tested with the customer before they leave the workshop. All units are warrantied for three months.
